    Prior to Google, Izzy was a sought-after strategy and innovation consultant who has led new product, business and organizational innovations across a host of complex industries. For over twelve years, Izzy has advised executive teams on critical innovation, organizational, and leadership challenges at Fortune 500 companies.

    Previously, she was a founder and innovation director for MetLife’s Innovation Center, a lead inventor at What If Innovation, and a consultant at Boston Consulting Group. She has founded, advised and invested in numerous consumer start-ups. Izzy earned a BA from New York University and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.
